These terms govern your use of SmartAgent. By using the app or this website, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
SmartAgent’s role
SmartAgent provides operational assistance, record-keeping, and support tools for mobile money agents. SmartAgent is not a mobile network operator, bank, lender, payment processor, or custodian of customer funds.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying customer and transaction information, protecting access to your account and device, following network/operator requirements, and obtaining any permissions required for your business.
Subscriptions
SmartAgent subscriptions provide access to eligible application features for the stated period. Prices, plans, and promotional offers may change with notice where required. Expired subscriptions may restrict app access until renewed.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity. We may suspend access where needed to protect users or the service.
Service availability
Some features require internet connectivity, mobile network availability, device permissions, or compatible network menus. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or completion of any external network transaction.
